2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Refund Policy)

We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all new annual license purchases (Mobile Pro, Desktop Pro, and Enterprise Combo). If you are not satisfied with HawkBooks for any technical or functional reason within 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full 100% refund.

3. Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Because HawkBooks subscriptions are annual prepaid licenses, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to all software features until the expiration date of your current subscription.

After expiration, your account will revert to the 100% Free Lifetime Offline Edition, ensuring you never lose access to your locally stored invoices, ledgers, and business data.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account / UPI / Card) used at the time of purchase, in accordance with standard Razorpay and banking settlement guidelines.

5. Free Trial Policy

HawkBooks offers a 30-Day Free Trial with all premium cloud features unlocked. Users are encouraged to take advantage of the free trial period to evaluate the software before purchasing an annual license.
